Mary McCormack is an American actress known for her leading roles in the TV series 'Murder One", 'The West Wind', 'In Plain Sight', and 'Loaded'. In addition to her roles in films, she has appeared in "Private Parts", "Deep Impact", "True Crime" and 1408. McCormack comes from an unrelated family. McCormack's parents are a clinical psychotherapist and the owner of an ice cream establishment. She went to Wardlaw-Hartridge School, and following the separation from her parents around 1990 she enrolled at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, eventually graduating with a bachelor's degree in the field of comparative arts. Her career started at the age of 12 when she was in a stage production an opera for Christmas titled "Amahl and the Night Visitor'. In the course of her work as a stage actress, McCormack ultimately became a part of films and television. In the present, McCormack is recognized as one of the most flexible artistes in Hollywood. Michael Morris (producer/director) is the McCormack's spouse. McCormack and Morris have three daughters.
